It has nasturtium blossoms and nigella seeds (whatever those are...) but it smells and tastes like a cheese pizza with that spice/herb blend that some places use (oregano, maybe some thyme?). This is really unique and actually quite good.

The bottle mentions this being a good winter warmer, but with it still being sweet and fruity I think it can be great throughout the year.

This one in particular punches you in the face with sweet and slightly tart raspberry flavor, and remains smooth and and surprisingly light for being 18.5% ABV. I've never tried it on ice cream, but I bet it would be amazing as a topping.

Pomegranate Cider	Goose Ridge	6.0%	Semi-sweet	Pomegranate	Fruit forward, perfect mix of apple and pomegranate flavors, not too sweet, refreshing... this is a great cider!
Fire-Roasted Pepper	Greenwood Cider Co	7.5%	Semi-sweet	Pepper	This cider really lives up to its name. Fire-roasted pepper is the perfect description of the flavor, mixed with sweet apple cider. Not quite as spicy as Finnriver Habanero, but it does have a little spice.
Ghost of Christmas Cran	Hi-Wheel	6.8%	Semi-dry	Cranberry Orange Grapefruit Lemon Cinnamon Cardamom Ghost Pepper Seasonal	Cranberry and earthy up front, finishes with some nice heat. Tasted at Cider Bite in Portland.
Appleanch	Hood View Ciderworks	6.8%	Sweet		Wow, this is so good! I think it is a bit sweeter than the can suggests, but it is not too sweet. Reminds me a lot of Angry Orchard Iceman cider.

Mojito	One Tree	5.2%	Semi-sweet	Lime Mint Jalapeno	Surprisingly does not taste similar to other One Tree ciders, which have a distinct sweetness to them usually. This one is straight up mojito, with some jalapeno thrown in. The jalapeno seems quite noticeable, so beware if that isn't your thing. It isn't spicy though.
Snowglobe	One Tree	6.8%	Sweet	Seasonal Glitter	This is Christmas in a bottle. No where on the bottle does it say what the flavor really is, but it is a spiced cranberry. This is really similar to Goose Ridge's Spiced Cranberry. Did I mention the glitter? Yea, glitter.

PDX Community Cider	Portland Cider Company	5.1%	Semi-sweet	Seasonal Pear Plum Cherry Berry	This is a really great mix of fruit flavors. Nicely balanced, a little tart.
Passionfruit Hard Cider	Rekorderlig	4.5%	Very Sweet	Passionfruit	Huge passionfruit flavor and super bubbly. This cider is so refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day.

Excelsior	Schilling	8.5%	Sweet		This cider is REALLY good. Probably my favorite Schilling cider. It is tart and sour. Huge apple flavor.
Local Legend	Schilling	5.2%	Sweet		This is a fairly sweet cider. Pretty basic, no tricks, but packs a lot of flavor. It was really good with some steamed dumplings.
Moon Berries	Schilling	5.2%	Semi-sweet	Blueberry Blackberry Lavender	Doesn't have the usual metallic taste from other Schilling ciders. The mix of berries and subtle lavender is quite good!
Earl Grey	Seattle Cider	6.9%	Semi-sweet	Earl Grey	Wasn’t sure how earl grey would blend with cider. Turns out it is a perfect match!
Honey Crisp	Seattle Cider	5.5%	Semi-sweet		Better than the Dry or Semi-Sweet from Seattle Cider. This one sits somewhere between dry and sweet, with a little bit of tartness, and none of the slight bitterness that those other two have.
Light Cider	Seattle Cider	4.2%	Medium		I went into this one not wanting to like it just because it is a "light" cider, but it surprised me. Full of flavor like their Semi-sweet cider, but not quite as metallic tasting.
Three Pepper	Seattle Cider	6.9%	Sweet	Poblano Habanero Jalapeno Pepper Limited	Good mix of pepper and apple flavor. Not too spicy, and not quite as spicy has the Finnriver Habanero.
Winesap Rosé	Seattle Cider	6.0%	Dry	Rosé	Pink in color, this cider is dry and tart with only a subtle hint of the usual flowery taste from rosé ciders. Probably the best rosé I've had.

Black Dog	101 Cider House	6.9%	Dry	Charcoal Blood Orange Lavender	Super crazy, weird and unique. This probiotic cider is sour, and blends a bunch of flavors. It was supposed to be a black color, but we didn't know we were supposed to shake the bottle until we had already poured it. If you haven't tried a sour cider before, approach with caution.
Apricot Cosmic Crisp	2 Towns Ciderhouse	9.0%	Semi-sweet	Apricot Seasonal	Tastes just like an apricot version of their cosmic crisp line of ciders. A bit bitter, a bit sweet. You notice the high alcohol content in the taste, otherwise it would be better.
