It has nasturtium blossoms and nigella seeds (whatever those are...) but it smells and tastes like a cheese pizza with that spice/herb blend that some places use (oregano, maybe some thyme?). This is really unique and actually quite good.

The bottle mentions this being a good winter warmer, but with it still being sweet and fruity I think it can be great throughout the year.
Raspberry Wine	Finnriver	18.5%	Very Sweet	Raspberry Wine	Finnriver has done something absolutely incredible with their line of apple wines. This one in particular punches you in the face with sweet and slightly tart raspberry flavor, and remains smooth and and surprisingly light for being 18.5% ABV. I've never tried it on ice cream, but I bet it would be amazing as a topping.

Peatch	Greenwood Cider Co	9.5%	Semi-dry	Peach Peat Barrel Aged	After over 850 ciders tasted, this is the FIRST with peat. Holy cow, if you like peat you will like this.
Watermelon Jalapeno	Greenwood Cider Co	6.7%	Semi-dry	Watermelon Jalapeno	Phenomenal. The two flavors perfectly balance each other. You get the jalapeno smell and taste first, followed up by watermelon.

Heartbreaker	One Tree	6.8%	Sweet	Raspberry Jalapeno	Phenomenal mix of two of my favorite cider flavors: raspberry and jalapeno. The only thing that could make it better is if it was slightly less sweet, and perhaps used habanero instead of jalapeno.
Mimosa	One Tree	6.8%	Sweet	Tangerine	It's a mimosa, what else is there to say?
Mojito	One Tree	5.2%	Semi-sweet	Lime Mint Jalapeno	Surprisingly does not taste similar to other One Tree ciders, which have a distinct sweetness to them usually. This one is straight up mojito, with some jalapeno thrown in. The jalapeno seems quite noticeable, so beware if that isn't your thing. It isn't spicy though.
Snowglobe	One Tree	6.8%	Sweet	Seasonal Glitter	This is Christmas in a bottle. No where on the bottle does it say what the flavor really is, but it is a spiced cranberry. This is really similar to Goose Ridge's Spiced Cranberry. Did I mention the glitter? Yea, glitter.

Excelsior	Schilling	8.5%	Sweet		This cider is REALLY good. Probably my favorite Schilling cider. It is tart and sour. Huge apple flavor.
Local Legend	Schilling	5.2%	Sweet		This is a fairly sweet cider. Pretty basic, no tricks, but packs a lot of flavor. It was really good with some steamed dumplings.
Moon Berries	Schilling	5.2%	Semi-sweet	Blueberry Blackberry Lavender	Doesn't have the usual metallic taste from other Schilling ciders. The mix of berries and subtle lavender is quite good!

Light Cider	Seattle Cider	4.2%	Medium		I went into this one not wanting to like it just because it is a "light" cider, but it surprised me. Full of flavor like their Semi-sweet cider, but not quite as metallic tasting.
Three Pepper	Seattle Cider	6.9%	Sweet	Poblano Habanero Jalapeno Pepper Limited	Good mix of pepper and apple flavor. Not too spicy, and not quite as spicy has the Finnriver Habanero.

It was supposed to be a black color, but we didn't know we were supposed to shake the bottle until we had already poured it. If you haven't tried a sour cider before, approach with caution.
