Alpenfire's Cinders, An organically grown apple from the south end of the Willamette Valley with red flesh is what we use to create this single vareital rosé methode champenoise cider. After many months of maturing we then hand riddle & disgorge and give it a dosage of our estate Eau De Vie for hint of residual sweetness.
