There are certain fruits that pair so harmoniously with Cider and one of those is pineapple. With an abundance of sugars, acids, flavor and aromas, pineapple is a perfect fruit to blend with our dry cider blend to add a touch of tropical flavor and aroma to compliment the natural apple characteristics found in our ciders. We added just the right amount of pineapple to every gallon of cider that was made with fresh, Washington apples to give the cider a subtle pineapple flavor/aroma without sacrificing the delicate flavors of the apples.
