Welcome to Cider Nerd!

ci·der nerd
/ˈsīdər nərd/
noun
1. a single minded expert in the alcoholic drink made from fermented fruit

This is your one stop shop for hard cider ratings and reviews! Think of this as Yelp or IMDB, but dedicated to hard cider. Use that search bar up top to search for ciders by name, sweetness, ingredients or the cidery they come from.

This is a project of passion for me, and I will work to add new ciders and features continuously. Come back frequently to see what's been added and changed!

What sets us apart?

How sweet or dry a cider can be is only sometimes advertised on the bottle, and even when that is on the bottle it can be different than how an average cider drinker would perceive how sweet or dry that cider is. The perfect example is that many ciders are advertised as "semi-dry" when many people would describe them as "sweet". Here at Cider Nerd, we primarily show the average dryness/sweetness based on what our users have told us. This gives you a better idea of just how dry or sweet a cider will actually taste to you.
